We strongly feel that decisions made today lay the foundations of our world tomorrow, which is symbolic in our corporate name.    TMT was established in 1958 by Mr. Ching Wun Su who pioneered as a banana boat operator with inter-Asia routes. At the time the company was appropriately named Taiwan Marine Transport, which bears the same TMT acronym as our current name.
